The room was quite small. It felt cramped. i requested a quiet room, but it faced a busy street. constant tram noise disrupted my sleep. the lack of proper soundproofing really detracted from the experience.

The hotel boasts an really good location very close to many city sights. The interior design displayed great attention to detail and created many wow factors. Staff members were very professional and demonstrated great care.

the hotel, such a wonderful feeling. i received a complementary drink upon arrival which was so lovely. my room was immaculate and well-decorated, i loved the decorations. it reminded me of they anticipated my every need, very considerate.
the wardrobe space was a bit limited in my room, a minor inconvenience.

The rooms REALLY had comfortable beds and crisp cotton sheets. I found soft towels and bathrobes. The staff were all VERY kind and helpful. Nothing was TOO much trouble for them.
The room was a LITTLE tiny, but this is just to be ultra-picky.

The hotel location provided GREAT access to transportation and main attractions. Many excursions were within walking distance. Short cab rides were also available making travel convenient from the hotel.
